Mark Kulka was born in Philadelphia and was raised on the rural farmlands of Pennsylvania. He moved to New York City in the 80's where he studied with the legendary Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse school of the Theatre. Mark went onto intensive study at the Phil Gushee Studio. Phil was Sanford Meisner's assistant at the Neighborhood Playhouse and also taught there for many years before forming his own studio. Always looking to hone his craft, Mark also studied with Robert Lewis, founder of The Actors Studio, and actor/director Michael Harney. In 1993 Mark produced and acted in his first Off-Broadway play at the William Redfield Theatre in New York. It was directed by Elizabeth Greenberg, casting director/associated of many films including Capote and Brokeback Mountain. Mark has performed in over 30 plays in New York and Los Angeles. Mark is also founder of the Third Earth Ensemble. His first television role came in 1994 where he played the character Ralphie on One Life to Live. Mark's uncanny ability at changing his looks and immersing himself into different characters has allowed him to step from stage to television and film. He resides in Los Angeles California.
