Ramiro Velasco

Ramiro Velasco is a director, screenwriter, editor and LGBT+ activist. Founder of his production and distribution company El delirio cine. Director and scriptwriter of the short films Talcahuano (2021), Sperm Friends (2019, selected in more than 20 international festivals, including the main Latin American LGBT+ film festivals), Malcriados (2011) and En el nombre del hijo (2006). He is the associate producer of feature film Héroes de piedra (2019) and short films Pensadero (2022) and La visita (2022). He edited the feature film Callcenter (2019, INCAA Digital Contest), the series Sapos (2020) and several series for UN3TV, among other. He is also developing his debut feature Familia por encargo (INCAA confirmed interest; winner of Ibermedia Development, Cultural Patronate and participated in MAFF Málaga, Bolivia Lab and Raymundo Gleyzer - Film Production from the base, and others) and TV series Low Season (selected in Flixxo Microseries Meeting - SoloSerieS-).
