Darya Balyura

Having a father who was a movie producer, Darya started acting at an early age and fell in love with the biz. She realized that she also really loves working behind the scenes helping other actors and especially working with kids. She is currently an Associate Casting Director at Deedee Bradley's office as well as freelancing with other top offices and working on her own projects such as short films, music videos, print etc. She has worked on many different types of projects including the drama series SWITCHED AT BIRTH on the Freeform network for over 3 years. Her past projects include the feature film FREEZER with Dylan McDermott, VERONICA MARS the movie, ONE BIG HAPPY NBC comedy pilot, STITCHERS pilot, lifetime TV movie SEEDS OF YESTERDAY, and SYFY's BEING HUMAN TV series; as well as many other projects including commercials, extras casting and even reality TV. Darya is affiliated with the teamsters union and The Casting Society of America.
