A South-Korean born Norwegian who grew up by the south Norwegian coastline. Her father, a former sailor and a movie enthusiast, would tape international cartoons and action-movies when he was out at sea and bring them home before they got distributed in Norway. This led to her appreciation for the art of action and stunts in movies from a very early age. Her passion as a child and teenager was activities in various sports. After high school she traveled the world for a few years, living in Australia, the USA, Canada and Central America, and in 2001 she started her training with US stunt coordinators. She also studied film- and television production and worked as a freelance producer for a few years. Christel is based in Oslo, but works across Scandinavia and on other international productions.
