Corbin Ross

Corbin Ross, a native Texan, was born in Dallas in 1984 to Scott and Anna (Clymer) Imgrund. Alongside his twin brother, Chase, and their younger brother, Collier, he grew up in a supportive and closely-knit family. Corbin attended Grace Academy and Trinity Christian Academy before graduating in 2003 from Plano West Sr. High School. He then headed for the University of Oklahoma, pledging Delta Tau Delta (fraternity) and transitioning to life as a college student. An early desire to work for the FBI led him to study Criminology and Arabic, the latter of which included a Summer Abroad program at Hashemite University near Amman, Jordan. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience that began to open his eyes to new directions and possibilities. Returning to OU his junior year, Corbin was signed as a model with the Linda Layman Agency of Tulsa. At about the same time, he enrolled in a drama class led by a professor who quickly noticed his skills as a performer and writer. Further, he was honored to be given the opportunity to work independently with Dr. Andrew Horton, noted scriptwriter and Director of OU's Film & Video Studies Department. Under this encouragement, Corbin graduated OU in August of '07 not only with his BA in Criminology, but also with 2 completed screenplays under his belt (the second co-written with NYC actor/writer Andrew Martin). Since autumn of 2007, Corbin Ross has made his home in Studio City, CA, where he stakes his claim on the promising career ahead of him.
