Dean Loxton

Dean studied acting at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He made his first short film in 2008 and soon after began 'Instant Film' exploring improvisation and film. His first project, a Web series called 'Jack Malchance', won a Webby for best drama and his short films 'Metro 7 Bis', 'Under' and 'White' have shown at international film festivals including Austin Film Festival, Bristol Encounters, Palm Springs Shortsfest and featured on PBS (American TV Network). He is developing his first feature. Paul Greengrass (Bourne Identity, Captain Phillips) said "White featured great improvisation and really transported the viewer into the LA street world. Great authenticity and bite, and in a good way left me wanting more."
