Sarah E. Howson

Sarah grew up on the Gold Coast and attended All Saints Anglican School, graduating in 1997. Originally studying audio engineering and working in radio, she sidestepped into film in 2007 by working as composer on the award winning short film, El Pistolero Del Diablo. She worked with the same team on the award winning feature length film, Among Dead Men, again in the role of composer, in 2008. Since 2013, Sarah has been working predominantly in visual based roles, such as news, documentaries and short films as a director and editor. Her most recent musical works can be heard in the feature length documentary, Sententia: Inside Afghanistan.
