CEO and founder Patrick Carr graduated from Oxford University with a first class honours degree in Chinese and spent several years at Bain & Company, a top tier strategy consultancy, before founding Mandarin Film in 2006. Patrick has since produced some of the most ambitious projects to be filmed across Asia. Patrick recently co-founded 247 Pictures, a Singapore-based company that specialises in creating original Asian content for streamers.
