Tanya is a Canadian actress born in Windsor, Ontario Canada. She attended the Walkerville Centre for the Creative Arts where she majored in acting, dancing and singing. Her enthusiasm for acting began in theatre but her love of performing is now in film and TV. She is best known for her role as Annie Beckett in the CBC TV series Murdoch Mysteries (2008), Vanessa in Hallmark's TV series Good Witch (2015) , and Sam in the indie feature film Ashes (2017).
