Gregory Robert Wilson was born in Maryland to Susan and Woody Wilson. Both parents were graduates of USC, and his mother was a housewife until Greg and his older brother were in High School, at which time she worked her way up to become a high-level manager at a large construction company. His father was an Officer in the U.S. Navy who received a Purple Heart and was awarded The Bronze Star Medal for heroism in Vietnam. Because of his father's military career, the family moved around the world throughout his childhood and eventually settled in Northern Virginia when Woody started working at the Pentagon. Greg graduated Stockton University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and also attended several well-respected acting schools in New York City while working on that degree and appearing on stage in college plays. He also studied Directing and Producing at the Hollywood Film Institute, and made numerous independent films as an actor, producer, and writer. With a passion for animals and the environment, Greg has traveled to Kenya, the Cook Islands, Belize, Mexico, and all over America and the Caribbean to shoot wildlife documentaries. He continues to develop/produce different genres of series and docuseries for network television and streaming services, as well as shoots Aerial Drone, Underwater, and Main and 2nd Camera for various shows. Greg is an award-winning writer, cinematographer, editor and filmmaker with multiple awards & honors for his screenplays and independent features. While working on his movies and scripts, Greg also worked in television for NBC Universal, MTV and CBS as a Producer, Director of Photography, Graphic Designer/Animator, and Editor. He is married to Psychologist Natalia Wilson, who is a former Bridal Magazine, Macy's Catalog and Parts model. Greg is an Emmy® Award-Winner with 8 nominations, and has numerous projects in various stages of development.
