Jon Carlo

Jon was born in Oakland, CA but spent the majority of his upbringing overseas, bouncing around between Argentina, Israel and Canada. Jon received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Davis, then trained at San Francisco's prestigious American Conservatory Theater (ACT). After speeding a decade working as an actor ( Parks and Recreation (2009), [link-tt3502262] ), Jon transitioned into screenwriting and sold his first two scripts First We Take Brooklyn (2018) starring Harvey Keitel and Mob Town (2019) starring David Arquette, Jennifer Esposito and P.J. Byrne. In 2019, Jon was given the opportunity to write and direct his first feature entitled Feral State (2020) which was shot in and around the swamps and clear water springs of central Florida.
