Destenee McKenzie

Creating her own path as a recording artist, musician, music producer, DJ, actress, director, writer and otherwise entertainment powerhouse, Destenee Mckenzie isn't afraid of pushing the expectations of what an artist is capable of. Originally from Boston Massachusetts, she grew up as a skilled pianist, guitarist and vocalist and as a kid, translated her skills into music production and sound engineering. In her early teens, she relocated to Los Angeles where she would later take inspiration from her time in LA's underground electronic music scene and combine it with her love for live instrumentation and heartfelt vocals; to release an EP that peaked no. 2 on the Billboard dance sales charts underneath another moniker. Having already hosted her own nationally syndicated radio show, "Destenee's EDM Power Hour", She expanded her resume as a TV producer after getting season 1 of her own TV series, "Fashion Dolls", which she starred in and directed, picked up by the Fashion One network garnering over 400 million viewers in 170 countries worldwide. Following her TV Debut, Destenee began writing and developing various television and film projects including "Festival Season", a comedy pilot she wrote, directed and starred in, inspired by her experiences in the music festival industry.
