Ben Barnes grew up in Pittsburgh and made his start as an illustrator before turning to film. His directing work has been selected to screen at the Hammer Museum, New York Television Festival, Just For Laughs Montreal and Chicago, the Jim Henson foundation's Puppets on Film Festival, and multiple years at South by Southwest. His editing work includes the New York Times Critics' Pick "Accidental Courtesy: Daryl Davis, Race & America"
