Andreas Orphanides was born in 1986 in the Greek island of Cyprus. He took acting lessons at the age of 14. Was the president of the theater club in his high school and he would appear in front of an audience in any given chance (and in every play)! Andreas first TV role was a 4 episode part in "Galateias kai Pygmaliwnos" (2003). He wrote his first play at the age of 17 and was presented by his high school theater club when he graduated. After finishing his 2 year military service he moved to Athens to study acting. First appearance in theater at the age of 22 as Harry in the play "Caught in the net" by Ray Cooney, directed by Giannis Dalianidis and with music composer Mimis Plessas.
