Florent is a passionate participant in the world of extreme sports. He started snow and water skiing at the age of four and went on to practice both of these at competitive levels for the next 20 years. He was Barefoot Water Skiing Champion 12 times in France and 3 times in Europe. During this same period, he was also a member of the French freestyle snow ski team. His extreme sports practices have contributed to his free-spirited, entrepreneurial, challenge defying, personality, as well as his love for nature in its physical and spiritual magnificence. At the age of 26, Florent began producing internationally broadcasted barefoot water-ski films in which he also often performed. International recognition of these videos brought him the opportunity to create, produce and direct sport and adventure documentary short-films. These shorts, more than 120 total, have all been distributed worldwide through the French TV franchise "Ushuaia" (Nature TV series). Florent introduced the world to amazing feats in sky surfing, snowboarding, scuba diving, extreme in line-skating, all in extraordinary exotic locations. His video 'concept' had a large hand at popularizing many of these emerging and or unfamiliar sports. Florent later became a globetrotting professional photographer, living between Paris and L.A. He is internationally recognized for his photography of outdoor sports and his fashion and glamour photography have built his reputation among leading international magazines such as GQ, Maxim, Esquire Magazine, Playboy, Photo, Max, FHM, Loaded... with whom he continues to work with regularly. Florent developed and directed two glamorous TV programs for American television: "Edenquest" with Pamela Anderson and "Destination Paradise."
