Is Italian-American who was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended the University of Florence, Italy graduating in Art History. She has studied at Balliol College in Oxford, RADA in London and graduated Yale University's School of Drama MFA Acting/Theatre conservatory program. She is a FOX Fellow award recipient for her thesis written on the Italian Cinema. Prior to the Entertainment Business, she spent 5 years in the investment banking field as Director of Corporate Communications/Investor Relations for a publicly traded company.
