Erin's first published work was at eleven years of age, when Vicki Gabereau broadcast her winning, one-page contribution to a Halloween CBC Radio story. Writing various short stories, poetry, and one act plays through her teens eventually led Erin to screenwriting; cranking out an outrageous 300-page feature in a weekend. A few years later, she graduated from Capilano University's Film program. In 2005, her short ONE MOMENT was selected as best film at the Reel Fast 48 Filmmaking Competition by Province film critic David Spanner. Shortly after, Erin was hired by Slixer Entertainment to write two mystery comedy shows: HOLLYWOOD HITMAN and DESIGN FOR MURDER. Everything came together in the spring of 2008 when Erin's love of television and screenwriting collided. Her original comedy OUTBOUND was featured at the Final Draught reading series with actor Garry Chalk. One year later, her original comedy INVISIBLE FRANK was optioned by Jayme Pfahl and Angus Fraser at Gang of 2 Productions. In 2014, she teamed up with producer Rebeka Herron, and has since created three original comedy series: OFFLINE, GROCERY MISCONDUCT and LITTLE PIGGIES. In 2016, she co-wrote semi-factual comedy pilot THE JUANABEES with writer Mark Leiren-Young and producer Scott John. Erin is currently the lead writer for East Side Games' mobile game TRAILER PARK BOYS: GREASY MONEY based on the hit Netflix series. In her spare time, Erin is a semi-professional blanket fort architect, and an award-winning napper.
