Danko Iordanov

Iordanov was born in Varna, Bulgaria. He is the son of Mariana and Todor Yordanov. His mother was a professional rhythmic gymnast and his father was a professional soccer player. He has a younger brother named Bogdan. Iordanov began playing volleyball at age 10. He played college volleyball for Rutgers University in New Jersey. He has spent time playing on the professional beach volleyball tour. Iordanov married Kristen Endow in March 2004.
