Dorian West

Dorian West is an Emmy Nominated, Webby & Telly Awards winning Director, Designer, Motion Graphics and Visual FX Artist. His work stems from a wide array of interests in Film, Commercials, Music Videos, Graphic Design and Interactive. During his 10 plus years in the industry, he has taken on many roles across a multitude of projects. Starting primarily as a VFX and Motion Graphics artist he has since evolved into a Director and Designer. Hailing from such studios as 1st Avenue Machine, Shilo, Logan, Gretel and serving as Director/Creative Director at Charlex, he has created spots for Samsung, Lexus, Under Armour, AT&T, Sony and Fox Sports. In addition he has pursued work directly from clients such as Apple, Google, The Phoenix Suns, Vogue, Vanity Fair and Bloomingdales. Through his collaboration with the NYC based design firm Sagmeister & Walsh his work has been showcased at modern art museums such as the ICA Philadelphia, the Design Exchange Toronto, the Cultural Center in Chicago, the MOCA in Los Angeles, and La Gaîté in Paris He holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree from the School of Visual Arts in NYC.
