Lakisha R. Lemons is the sole founder of LL Productions, LLC; a Texas based Film/TV Production Company on the rise. Most recently, she wrote, directed, and produced the controversial film "After School Special", a love story exploring the boundaries of teacher student relationships, which sheds light on the issue of crossing the line with a student; told from the viewpoint of a female teacher being courted by a male student. After School Special premiered in Houston, TX in 2009 at AMC Studio Theatre. Lakisha's other film directing credits include the smash hit comedy "Rent A Car", which stars B.E.T. Comedian Shawn Harris and recording artist Frank White. Her first major production was a television series pilot entitled "Hollywood Hills", that was shot in a mansion in Sugar land, Texas; with her creative vision Lakisha was able to capture the essence of popular Hollywood culture and known celebrity antics. In addition to Lakisha's directorial works she has produced numerous projects in film and television. When time is available she does crew work for studio productions filming in Texas, such as Warner Bros music biopic "Mike Jones American Dream" and "Puncture" starring Chris Evans. Lakisha definitely knows her way around a set; she likes to be knowledgeable and efficient in every aspect of production from script to finish. At the young age of twenty-seven Lakisha has proven to have what it takes. With numerous projects in development she is definitely on her way to success, only a matter of time before this star rises.
