Morten Willoch Wærø is a Norwegian filmmaker and video producer. He has worked extensively as a video journalist, as well as an editor for various TV programs in Norway, such as Farmen, Luksusfellen, Paradise Hotel, Ice Warriors, Sofa and a number of other shows. He wrote, directed and edited the micro-budget feature films Death Bet and Severance Pay along with good friends from Western Australia, where he previously studied film at Edith Cowan University. He worked as an editor and video journalist for various productions companies, such as Strix, Rubicon and Mastiff from 2010-2017, and then became a partner for a small production company called Kubrix, where he gets to produce short and long video reports, documentaries and fiction films. He frequently works as a one-man-production-crew, and cites "Rebel without a crew" by Robert Rodriguez as a major influence.
