Graduated in cinema from Université Lumière Lyon II in France, Daniel Leite is a Director of Photography and works in the following segments: Cinema, Television and Advertising. For features films, Daniel Leite directed the photography of the films "Lima Barreto Ao Terceiro Dia" (Globo filmes) and "O Rj de Ho Chi Minh" - shoted in Vietnam - (Pipa distributing) and the fiction series "Cinema de Enredo", "Tudo Novo de Novo", "Aline", "Relógio da Aventura" (Globo) - as well as several short films including the short "Bodas", shown in Cannes in the 2016 edition. In the Documentary genre Daniel Leite is the Author, Director and Director of Photography of the feature film "Kabadio, time is not in a hurry, walks barefoot" - Shot in southern Senegal - which won the Best Cinematography award at the International Heritales Festival in Lisbon - Portugal - and was selected in more than thirty festivals around the world; Rio Festival 2016, AFFRIF - Nigeria, EFF BRICS - Russia 2016, Cine Cipó 2017 - Brazil, Cine Mis 2018 - Brazil , Black Star Film Festival - Ghana, Sofia Biting Docs - Bulgaria, Social Machinery - Italy... He was the Author, Director and Director of Photography of the sports series "Surfe no Oeste da África" (Canal Off) and directed the photography of the documentary "Vidas Embarcadas" filmed in Antarctica aboard the Brazilian Antarctic ship H44.
