Marlisa Doubell

Marlisa was born in South Africa to a Spanish mother and South African father of French (Huguenots) descent. Marlisa holds a BA degree in Psychology and English; A post-graduate in Acting ; UK 'Qualified Teacher Status' & NQT specializing in Drama & English. From 2010 to 2020, Marlisa founded and managed an award-winning, independent theatre company in Cape Town. In 2017 her short film 'Just a Car' received several international awards. Marlisa lives in London with her family, where she enjoys working in various creative capacities within the industry as an actor, independent film/theatre maker and drama coach.
