Chelsea Grew up in Pasadena CA, where she studied Ballet from the age of 5. She is the daughter of David Povall and Barbara Ransom. She began doing Musical theater when she was 12, and worked on cruise ships as a Lead Singer and Dancer after College. She is a Graduate of La Canada High School and PCPA. She met her husband doing live theater in Los Angeles.
