Neil Brookshire

Born in Wyoming, Neil is an actor, writer, and visual artist. He has worked extensively in regional theater: Great Lakes Theater, Boise Contemporary Theater, Idaho Dance Theatre, Opera Idaho, Company of Fools, Seattle Novyi Theatre, People's Light, Cadence Theatre Co, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, Door Shakespeare, Renaissance Theaterworks, NextAct Theatre, Peninsula Players, Tennessee Shakespeare Co., and ten seasons with Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Feature films: The Pact, Coming Up For Air. His most recent writing project is as co-author of "Bent Compass," a solo play about the journey of an Army Medic from fresh recruit to seasoned combat veteran. He has a BA from Boise State University and an MFA in Acting from Northern Illinois University.
