Tito Guillen is a Canadian independent filmmaker from Northern Alberta best known for his fan films. He is one of the founding members of both the Fort McMurray Filmmakers Association, Fort McMurray International Film Festival and has served as one of the board of directors for the Arts Council Wood Buffalo. He has served as producer on a number of independent productions in Northern Alberta and Edmonton region.
