Amanda Fugate-Moss was raised in Salem, Oregon. She began acting at the age of 9. She started University studying Veterinary Medicine. However, her father took her to see the International Up With People Show. She fell in love with the stage as she traveled in Up With People. She graduated University and went to the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, CA. After completing the summer intensive program, she auditioned for Birmingham School of Acting in England. She won a spot and began her three year intensive program. She returned to the states and relocated to New York for several years pursuing her love of the stage. She eventually came back to the West Coast and turned her focus on Film and Television. She wrote and produced IMPACT. This was her film debut. Impact has now become an award winner at the festivals and is set to be shown at the Imphal Film Festival in India as their guest. She trained in basic and aerial stunts at United Stuntmens Association in Seattle, Washington and furthered her stunt driving training at Drivers East in New Jersey. She also worked as an Elementary School Teacher for many years to support her love of acting.
