Originally from Seattle, Washington, Adam Bloodgood is a dancer/actor/musician/director/entrepreneur. Adam has been involved in dance, music, and film since childhood. After joining the Pacific Northwest Ballet School, Adam performed in his first professional production with the company at age 8. After a 12 year tenure with the school, he went on to perform with Ballet Austin, Ballet Idaho, Nevada Ballet Theatre, Dayton Ballet, and City Ballet of San Diego. Adam has performed leading roles in pieces by George Balanchine, Stephen Mills, Peter Anastos, and Karen Russo Burke, among others. In addition to being a dancer, Adam is a contemporary ballet choreographer. His world premiere, Audex: Ghosts, was set on dancers from Columbia City Ballet. Adam is also a multi-instrumentalist musician, producer, and composer. Growing up in a musical family, he was fortunate to have 12 years of classical piano training and access to professional recording studios as well as training in live professional audio. Some of Adam's instruments include: piano, bass, drums, guitar, and keyboards. Adam is the guitarist/engineer/co-producer for the band Floating Pockets with his brother, Paul Michael Bloodgood, who's debut album Panacean Vacancy can be found on iTunes, Spotify, and Pandora Radio. Since 2012, Adam has been assistant director at Bloodygood Pictures on projects such as Trenches of Rock, the company's feature-length film debut. In 2016, Adam founded Bloodgood Entertainment, an independent media and entertainment company. Adam believes that his diverse background proves that there are no walls between genres and that success is found through a balance of creativity, professionalism, and authenticity.
