Lauren Sugihara

Lauren Sugihara is an actress, comedian, and fitness model. She was born in Denver, Colorado. Lauren has trained under Brian McCulley at AEC studios, Rebekah Wiggins in the Chubbuck Technique, with Timothy McCracken at the Denver Center for Performing Arts, and with Todd Babcock at Babcock Studios. She is also an accomplished martial artist who won the Fight to Win Women's Kickboxing Title in 2011. Lauren is known for winning best actress as Dr. Sandra Reeves in Invisible World. Although she excels in Drama she has a vulnerability and goofy side that shines in comedy both in stand up and film such as Spooning with Horses. 2022- Lauren Sugihara is Filming an upcoming feature based on a short film that took the festival circuit by storm.
