Carlos Andrés Vera

Carlos Andrés Vera is an Ecuadorian filmmaker. He studied communications in UNIACC, Chile; Film Direction in The International Film School of San Antonio, Cuba; and has a Master of the Arts Degree with StaffordShire University, Uk. He actually is the CEO of Cámara Oscura, a production company based in Quito, Ecuador.
