Elisa Torres (Valencia, Spain, 1975) is a producer and director. Degree in Labour Studies at the University of Valencia. She was the producer of the non-fiction feature 'Holy Water', awarded in MiradasDoc and Las Palmas International Film Festival (both in Spain), Cebu Documentary (Philippines) and in the Human Rights Film Festival (Bolivia). She has been the producer of the short documentary 'The Russians' Machine', nominated for the Goya Awards in the category Best Short Documentary. She has been also the producer of the non-fiction feature 'Searching for Oscar', that made its World Premiere in Berlin Critics' Week at the Berlinale 2018. 'Heurtebise' is her first short film as director.
