Brishkay Ahmed

Brishkay Ahmed is a Canadian filmmaker whose work bridges worlds with empathy and boldness. A writer, director, and journalist, she captures the pulse of women’s lives across cultures, blending the intimate with the political. She studied journalism at Langara College, communications at Simon Fraser University, and film at New York University and the Iranian Young Cinema Society. Her projects have received support from the Canada Council for the Arts, BC Arts Council, and Creative BC.
