Lisa Purisima

Lisa Purisima is an American/French Canadian actor, producer and mother of two. Known for The Morning Show (I) (2019), Big Little Lies (II) (2019), Barkskins (2020), Clouds (2020). As a Post and VFX producer she has over a decade of experience on Emmy-nominated scripted series and critically acclaimed films. Lisa has produced for major American, Canadian and French Quebec studios and broadcasters including HBO, Netflix, Disney, Fox, WB, CBS, Nat Geo, Discovery, A&E, Bravo, CBC, History, Canal D, Canal Vie. From her first moments in entertainment, when actor Steve Martin described her work as "flawless" in 2010, Lisa knew she had found her life's calling. That is until she took a far more challenging and fulfilling role as a mother. Unwilling to choose between these two vocations, she approaches her demanding work and home environments with enthusiasm. which is apparent from the glowing recommendations from EPs and show runners on her work. As an actor, Lisa believes we are now in a golden age where audiences and studios alike are ready for different stories, but has yet to see a character that she feels truly embodies her voice.
