David Herdies

David Herdies founded Momento Film in 2011 with the vision to be a harbor for both established and new talent who wants to challenge the borders of filmmaking. Together with them, he produces author driven drama and documentary primarily for cinema. In the selection of directors and writers, he has always been driven by a clear principle: to have faith in the intelligence, taste and integrity of the audience. David Herdies' films have been screened and awarded on festivals all over the world, including Cannes, Berlinale, Rotterdam IFFR, IDFA, Hot Docs and Tribeca. David Herdies has participated in international producer's workshops such as EAVE, ACE and Eurodoc, and was Producer on the Move in Cannes 2018.
