Vibha Gulati is a working professional in the Indian and international motion picture industry. Vibha embarked on her journey in filmmaking by assisting renowned Indian Film Director Raj Kumar Hirani on the highly successful feature film 'Laage Raho Munna Bhai.' Soon after, she enrolled at the New York Film Academy (NYFA) and graduated with a MFA degree with a concentration in film direction. She also completed a screenwriting degree at NYU and attained certification in Script Supervision from UCLA. Since then, Vibha has worked on a number of critically acclaimed films including Sundance Winner Prashant Nair's 'Umrika,' Oscar Winner Danis Tanovic's 'Tigers,' Cannes Winner Rohena Gera's 'Sir,' Oscar Winner Orlando Von Einsiedal's soon to be released 'Seashells,' and many others. In 2018, Vibha made her directorial debut with 'Forbidden,' a short dramatic thriller inspired by a true honor killing of a South Asian American woman. The film has traveled to 30 international film festivals and has won a number of prestigious awards. Vibha is now pursuing a full time career as a Director for Film and Television.
