Ivan Bernal is an Actor & Producer from Mexico, raised in Dallas, Texas. With over 12 years of acting experience in the fields of Film , Theater, (30+ Productions in both English & Spanish) Television, V.O. and Commercials. Some of my recent credits include a guest star role in Telemundo's Soap Opera "Bajo el Mismo Cielo", Netflix: "La Casa de Las Flores - English Dubbing SEASONS 1 - 3, Netflix's Real Rob, starred as one of the lead characters Cine Sony's Mini Series Comedy "La Vida Es Como el Cine" airing again this 2021. Ivan is a proud member of the Sag/Aftra Union for Actors. Being fully bilingual he's been able to work in both markets both Commercially and Theatrically. National Campaigns & Commercials. Ivan was invited by National Spanish Morning show "Despierta America" to show the struggle of a working actor in Los Angeles and share my every day life and accomplishments on a two day segment followed by a Live Interview with the show hosts. Ivan was also awarded Sinergia Award from the Frida Kahlo Theater in Los Angeles for Acting in 2018. Another huge accomplishment in 2008 Ivan Bernal won the Best Actor in a Monologue at the Dallas Latino Theater Festival for the piece he wrote and co-directed "Mi Jefe". Ivan is a producer at Voxx Studios, A Dubbing, Voice Over and Production House in Glendale CA and work occasionally as casting producer for various Networks and Projects, including Telemundo's "La Reina del Sur 2", "Milagros de Navidad" and "Mariposa de Barrio" soap opera about the life of Jenni Rivera to mention a few. Ivan worked as assistant producer in the Short Film "Ofelia" winner of Best of Los Angeles in the 48 Hour Film Festival and went on to compete at the Filmpalooza Film Festival in France. "I continue to grow as an Actor and Producer and hope to one day own my very own production company". Ivan was recently given a recognition by The City of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti for his contributions as Artist to the Los Angeles Arts and Culture in 2019 and 2020.
