Raex Murillo

Raex Murillo was born Raex Murillo Vargas in Bogota, Colombia. His father is Mauricio Murillo a biotechnologist and his mother is Gladys Vargas an accountant and company director. He migrated with his family to Brisbane Australia at the age of 8. Raex studied acting at the Actor's Conservatory as well as the College of Art where he received his degree in acting for theatre, film and television. He also went on to complete a Certificate 2 and Certificate 4 in film and television production before moving to Sydney Australia to pursue acting. Raex debuted as Henry Pointcare in the short film "The Non Karmic Self Annihilation Methods" which gained positive acclaim at numerous international film festivals. Since 2009, Raex has been working steadily in both film and Television. His latest role as Luis Poroso is for the ID-Investigation Discovery Channel series Deadly Women season 6. Raex Murillo is working on pre-production for a feature film set to debut in fall 2013.
