Vittorio Rifranti (1966, Milan). He graduated in Modern Literature. He attended "Civica scuola di Cinema" in Milan and "Ipotesi Cinema" with Ermanno Olmi. He produced short films, videos, and work for Television. His short film "L'attesa" has been shortlisted for Bellaria's 1992 awards and it won three awards. His documentary "I giorni liberi" won him the prize for best young FEDIC author. His film "Tagliare le parti in grigio" won the award as best first film in Locarno 2007. He teaches filmmaking and cinema history.
