Thomas Wilbur

Born near Palo Alto, CA. Graduate of Stanford University and the University of Chicago (MBA). Active in Lithuania (1996-2010) as a producer, bit actor, and voice-over (as an American-sounding voice). Winner of 4 Tour Film awards for his own TV series, The Baltic States (2007) an ideal tour of the history, culture, and music of the region. Now outside the DC beltway producing short films for NGOs and voice-overs.
