Diego da Costa

Diego da Costa is a director, producer, sound technician, film and TV editor and CEO of Pietà Filmes. His first fictional feature-length, Os Caubóis do Apocalipse (2018), was a fully independent production that was screened and awarded at festivals, making the rounds on the commercial circuit and licensed by Telecine and Canal Brasil. Savage (2020), his second fictional feature-length, was selected for Ventana Sur (2018) and the market of audiovisual of Brasilia, where received the work-in progress award. Savage was premiered at 42º Festival Guarnicê de Cinema (Brazil- 2019), awarded 6 times, including Best Feature and Best actress, also was awarded with Best Feature at 14º Festival Latino-Americano de São Paulo (2019) and will be released in 2020.
