Count Gregory, "the Nonsensical Nobleman" immigrated from Riga Latvia to the USA in the 1930's. In addition to being the "top Banana" to Frank Silvano's straight man in various burlesque revivals, Count Gregory entertained children as "Goofo the Clown". He worked with reknowned burlesque queens Hope Diamond, Denise Darcel and comedians such as Lonie Lewis. He made multiple television appearances on the Jack Paar Show and "You Bet Your Life". Count Gregory died at the age of 58 from Hodgkins Disease, depriving the entertainment world of his full talent potential
