Ester Harding is a film and television producer. She co-produced feature comedy 'Swinging Safari', for writer/director Stephan Elliott ('The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert') (2018), and is the producer of 'Remembering Agatha' for writer/director/artist Emma Magenta ('The Gradual Demise of Philippa Finch'), which premiered at the Adelaide Film Festival, was selected for Flickerfest and was later broadcast (ABC) (2018). She also served as production executive on the feature adaptation of Tim Winton's novel, 'Breath'. Following a Bachelor of Arts, English Literature (2004) and a Diploma in Journalism (2005), she completed a Diploma in Documentary Filmmaking (2007). Since returning to Australia (2008), Ester has worked for Freehand Productions on the documentary series 'Bush Slam' (ABC) (also editing and publishing the companion book Bush Slam - Poems from the ABC TV Series) and the social media documentary 'Goa Hippy Tribe' (Facebook / SBS). Ester graduated from Metro Screen's inaugural Multiplatform Screen Producing Advanced Diploma in Screen and Media (2010) and was thereafter appointed as Freehand's All Media Producer, producing the online interactive documentary 'After Six Four' (SBS) (2014), which was nominated for the 2014 IDFA DocLab Interactive Storytelling Award and the UNAA Interactive Media Award. For Firelight Productions / 6ixty Foot Films, she was the all-media producer for 'Storm Surfers 3D' (2012), winning Interactive Producer of the Year at the SPAA Awards. Ester joined Media Stockade to line-produce 'The Surgery Ship' (SBS) (2013), co-produce feature documentary 'I Am A Girl' (2013), and serve as associate producer on 'Call Me Dad' (ABC) (2015). In 2015 she completed her Masters of Screen Arts and Business at AFTRS. She has since completed the Script Development for Producers, Girls On Film: Write Women Who Rock! and Introduction to Screenwriting professional development short courses, also at AFTRS
