Nicole Marie Olmsted was born in Juneau Alaska. At the age of 12 her family moved to the Big Island of Hawaii where she wrote her first screenplay. She grew up in the local Hilo Community theater and continued in high school in the Performing Arts Learning Center. She knew she would end up in Los Angeles pursuing a career in acting but before she left she acted in a local feature film that inspired her not only be in front of the camera but also to be behind it. She went to CalState LA and got her Bachelor's degree in Film and Telecommunication. Since than she has worked for Film Independent, National Lampoon, NBC, CSI NEW YORK and DIRECTV. She has her own production company that has produced a short film, numerous music videos and documentaries. "Inspiring the world one moment at a time."
