Sherif Azab

Sherif is an aspiring stand-up comic on the middle eastern entertainment biz scene. His debut in stand-up was at the age of 21, at an underground open mic night held in Khobar, Saudi Arabia on the 7th of January 2009. Since then he has joined other local and international acts at venues in Alexandria, Cairo, Bahrain, Dhahran, Khurais, Khobar, Jeddah, Riyadh, and New York City. Sherif is one of the lead actors on the TV series "Almost" (post production) that got accepted into Switzerland's Fribourg International Film Festival and a cast member of "Just Like Us: The Movie" which had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival exploring the comedy scene across the middle east. His most recent appearances were at the LOL tour in Saudi, and Egypt's 1st Comedy Rumble, sharing the stage with Ahmed Ahmed, Maz Jobrani, Angelo Tsarouchas, Erik Griffin, Omid Djallili, and Ted Alexandro. He is preparing for an upcoming 12 country tour across the region.
