Leroy Nguyen

Leroy Nguyen is an American film director, actor, writer, editor, and fight choreographer. He is best known for the semi-autobiographical fictionalized short film One Last Rumble (2009), video game short fan-film Shenmue: Yokosuka Blues (2018), and his neo-noir feature film debut Black Scar Blues (2017). Born in Alexandria, VA, Leroy began making films at the age of 17. He continues to strive to meld sincere authentic human drama with compellingly fierce and grounded action scenes.
