Sunil Brij Bhan is a Indian decedent of India Origin, who settled on the island of Fiji. His fascination with film began at an early age, watching international movies including those from the United States and India. As there was no formal instruction for film makers in Fiji, he was unable to pursue his interests until arriving in the United States in 1988, when his family fled the island because of anti-Indian riots. Subsequently, his film making journey began in Portland, Oregon in the early 1990s. Since childhood Sunil was equally fascinated by both the technical and artistic sides of film production. It was therefore no surprise that he became a quick study when attending classes with Portland Cable Access. Before long, Sunil began producing his own cable programs and eventually directing his own cable show. With his ability for film production being quickly recognized, he was offered the opportunity to work on programs for Portland's "CityNet". (Portland Community Media) In time, Sunil found his way to the renowned Northwest Film Center. He completed four years of training, learning all aspects of film production from screenwriting and storyboarding, shooting and directing, to editing and distribution. In 2000, Sunil founded Golden Sun Entertaintment , and has since been writer, director, editor and producer for a variety of film projects.
