Renato Giugliano

Experienced film director and writer, Renato has shot all kind of audiovisuals, creative documentaries, one-off documentary, web-series, music-videos, advertisement and a feature film. In 2010 he made his first documentary film, COOPERANTI, and in 2011 with A GREAT MACEDONIAN he won several awards in Italy and abroad. He then directed social advertisements and short films until in 2014, with two other authors, he won "Are You Series?" (Milano Film Festival and Banca Prossima) that allowed him to create and produce the first season of "Status" the web series (Best Director Award at the Roma Web Fest - Best Photography Award, San Francisco Web Fest) In 2022 he is distributing his first feature, La guerra a Cuba (War in Cuba), a film about the issues of diversity and migration in the Mediterranean. Coming soon, his new documentary, Lonely Dolls, produced by EiE Film for Discovery+ (Italy).
