Katia Buendia

Katia Nicole Buendia, artistically known as Katia Nicole, was born in the City of Miami in 1998. She performs singing, dancing and acting. Her career began at age 9 as a dancer, where she developed various styles of dance such as Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Acro and Ballroom. Katia Nicole started developing professionally and was selected for two leading sports entertainment franchises in Miami. In which she had the opportunity (2008- 2010) to dance with Miami Heat Jr Jams and Florida Marlin Minnows, under the direction of Jose Guerrero. These experiences gave this young lady the tools to keep climbing mountains in the artistic environment. She was invited to dance and act in different television shows such as Sabado Gigante, Un Minuto de Fama and honor the King of Pop (Michael Jackson) in a boxing event tribute, produced by the renowned boxing impresario Don King. In the field of acting she was casted, and participated in projects like Burn Notice, Direct TV, and Disney's Latin webisode mini series, and also participated in the movie Step Up 4. At the age of 12, Katia decided to venture into the field of music. In 2011 she released her first single entitled "Best Friend" written by Julio Richardson and produced by Pablo A. Ortiz, under Pabanor Label. This single was the launching point of Katia's music career. See began to perform various performances in different cities like Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Orlando and California. Since then, her single "Best Friend" revolutionized iTunes, and also played in the Top 40 FM radio stations in 15 states. The public's support for this young singer was astonishing. The song quite catchy won the hearts of many young girls trying to grab the attention of boys. Katia is getting ready to go into the studio to work with Platinum Producer and Grammy winner Eddie Galan within the next few weeks. She will also be launching her new clothing line called Bff Wear October 20th, 2012, inspired by the love for her friends. Katia has also performed for charitable events such as The American Cancer Society, ASPCA, The fight against Autism, and Diabetes, just to name a few. Katia Nicole's personality shines through her hard work, dedication, perseverance and love for music. That's why we also have a commitment to social service to the public, participating in events in support as "Casanova Freestyle Reunion" by Susan G. Komen For The Cure and American Cancer Society Concert and other charitable organizations. No doubt this girl is driven by the love and solidarity with his neighbor.
