Katya Trichkova

Katya Trichkova is a Bulgarian producer. Since 2011 she has been working as a freelance producer for different Bulgarian production companies, such as Argo Film (founded by Bulgarian director Stephan Komandarev ('The world is Big and Salvation Lurks Around the Corner', among the 9 Short Listed foreign films for 2010 Oscar Award); Izograph, Chouchkov brothers, Cineaste Maudit Productions. In 2013 she became sole-owner and general manager of production company Contrast Films. She gained additional knowledge in number of training programmes such as: EAVE, EURODOC, Sarajevo Talent Campus, Kyoto Filmmakers Lab, ExOreinte Programme. As a freelancer, Katya was producer of several award winning fiction films.
