Warren R. Hull is a managing partner of AnnWar Productions a Las Vegas, Nevada-based LLC. Warren is an award-winning screenplay writer and author of three non-fiction books. Warren is considered to be a leading authority on early Los Angeles politics and organized crime in the 1920's through 1940's, the development of Las Vegas, the life of famed billionaire Howard Hughes and the 1947 murder of gangster Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel. A successful documentary filmmaker, Warren has produced "A Band to Honor - The Story of the USS Arizona Band" - "From USS Arizona Survivor to Unsung American Hero - The Lou Conter Story" and "The Man in the Middle" the story of Mike Webster, a 17-year veteran of the National Football League and Hall of Fame football player for the Pittsburgh Steelers who became "patient zero" for the discovery of the chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). Warren has a B.S. degree from the University of California at Fullerton, his M.A. degree from Adams State College, a Secondary School Administrative Credential from Heritage College and has a certificate from the University of California at Los Angeles for Feature Film Writing. Warren's screenplays have taken top honors at a number of film festivals and screenwriting competitions around the world and has written three non-fiction books - Family Secret (2019), From USS Arizona Survivor to Unsung American Hero - The Lou Conter Story (2020), The Man in the Middle (2020), and Privledged Deceit (due in 2021). Warren and his wife, Annette run the highly successful Las Vegas International Film and Screenwriting Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.
